Terms

Services are provided on a time and materials basis only

Hourly Rates:

$40.00 per hour for service provided virtually
$45.00 per hour for work performed at the client's location
- No charge for lunch break
- Travel time to client's office charged plus mileage
Other Costs
- Typical supplies: postage, courier charges, time going to printers, other specific supplies required by the client such as binders, dividers, costs charged by printers
- Colour printing done by Oakville Admin for clients: One copy free of charge; $1.00 per page for additional copies

Retainer plans available for clients who wish to commit to a set number of hours per month at a discounted rate

Services are billed on an hourly basis in Canadian dollars

1 hour minimum charge per invoice

Payment is due 30 days from the date of invoice

The client is responsible for the final proofreading of all documents produced
